Speakers will include our own Rabbi Alanna, Robert Goldberg-Alberts, and Rabbi Maurice Harris, along with Rabbis Wohlberg and Hollander (TS) and Rabbis Woodward and Parmenter (TBI). Peggy Mandell will lead a chair Yoga class, open to all skill levels and Barbara Weisman will teach us how to make homemade ice cream and discuss the significance of eating dairy products on Shavuot. If you want to follow along with Barbara and make your own ice cream, have 1 cup half and half (if anyone wishes to make the recipe dairy free, they should have a fruit juice in place of the half and half), 1.5 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp sugar, ice, 1/4 cup salt and Ziploc bags (2 Small, 2 Large), at hand.
