Volunteering is deeply engrained in the culture of Or Hadash. We believe that building and sustaining Jewish community depends on our members’ deep investments of time, skills, creativity, and passion. Or Hadash is governed by a board of directors. Its spiritual life, social action / tikkun olam activities, its musical life, its educational programs for all ages . . . In short, everything we do is shaped and sustained by our members. The more you volunteer, the more people you will know, the more fully you will belong.

Whether you want to help repair the building, tend the gardens, be an usher at services, help fellow members who are ill or grieving, or get involved with the school or governance, there is a place for you.
