As we reflect on the past year at Or Hadash, we are grateful for this incredible community. Together, we celebrated milestones, navigated challenges, and continued to build a space of inclusion and connection.
We recognize that times are increasingly uncertain, and financial pressures affect us all. That’s why in preparing the budget for 5787 (2026 – 2027), we were committed to keeping our base dues, school tuition, and b’nei mitzvah fees unchanged. These are by far the most expensive charges.
We are grateful to those of you who answered our appeal for early membership renewal. Your response was swift and without question, humbling.
Additionally, our Renew and Sustain program reached the maximum match, allowing us to nearly close the budget gap. Only by your continuing generous support can we hope to minimize next year’s deficit.
Our new fiscal year begins July 1. Please finish paying any outstanding amount for 5786 as soon as possible. The 5787 Membership Packet includes everything you need to renew your membership or become a member for the first time.
We want all of you to belong to our community, no matter what, so please complete the Financial Accommodation form if you are not in a position to pay the full dues or tuition amounts. No intrusive questions about your financial circumstances will be asked and all information is confidential.
Beyond financial contributions, there are countless ways to be involved—whether helping with programs, assisting with administrative needs, or volunteering remotely. Every act of participation strengthens our foundation and deepens our connections.
